Staff were very helpful and informative. The room was clean and felt like staying in an apartment which was very nice. I appreciate having stovetops, washer/dryer and a nice Fridge to cook all my food in house. Hallways were clean, location was amazing for Groceries and getting on to the highway to head downtown! Would highly recommend staying here!

I got this two bedroom suite for two nights so my son and I could go to a wrestling show down in that area and it was just like being in my own apartment. They had every amenity of an apartment would have and we truly enjoyed ourselves. My only drawback was the hardwood floors throughout the entire Hotel because there was nothing to absorb sound so neighbors and people above you could be heard pretty easily. It was pretty clean the only exception was we found a pan of food in our oven that had apparently been there for a while because it stunk so bad. But the staff was great they were super friendly and very accommodating... would definitely stay there again

very nice location, walmart is just a literal minute away! loved the luxury feel too, very nice. the full kitchen is a major plus!

We loved the location and "apartment" style of the room. Loved having a washer and dryer too! Came home with all clean clothes!

Overall the facility was clean. In a good location. Quiet. Was able to cook or wash laundry if needed in our room. We were able to order groceries or door dash if we wanted.

I loved how the room looked like it was new. It didn't look old and rusty like other hotels. I love that about it. It was spacious and very comfortable. I will absolutely stay here again.

EVERYTHING! Home away from home. Everything from the size of the suite, the appliances to include the washer and dryer in suite, the comfort and even the internet speeds were exceptionally well. Cannot forget the excellent customer service!

How everything was set up like a apt. Great location to jump right onto 540 and I40 to take my kids to school. You are in walking distance of Walmart and other food places.

The location was convenient for us because the airline had misplaced our baggage and we had to go back to the airport to get our stuff from the airport. The apartment was really spacious and reasonably hygeinic, there was a Walmart within walking distance, it was a fairly quick drive to downtown

As soon as I open the door, I felt a sense of relief. I immediately had an inviting vibe and I fell right at home.  It felt bright and clean.
